How large is your press run? - Depending on the time of year and the pickup of previous issues, we print between 20,000 and 25,000 copies 13 times per year (once every 4 weeks). Any magazines not picked up during these 4 weeks are collected and redistributed to further outlying areas.
Where is Central California Home and Ranch distributed? - The fact that we are independantly owned allows us to have unlimited distribution boundaries. In addition to 400 local locations in the Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Shaver Lake, Oakhurst, Coarsegold & Bass Lake areas, we also distribute to hotels and motels on Highway 99 and major companies in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
Will advertising help get me listings? - Professional print advertising acts to get your name out there in the community and boost your reputation as a successful producer. Our advertisers have free access to our printed distribution maps to give to potential sellers. These maps alsooutline the benefits of running a property in our publication - which may result in them listing it with you.
Will advertising help me sell properties? - While the sale of your listings will always remain your ultimate responsibility, your listings need to be out there for people to see. The size of our press runs, coupled with our large distribution area and worldwide access through our website means a much larger ability to reach potential buyers.
What are your advertising prices? - Our pricing is kept off of our website since we offer a high-end, distinctly service-based product and prefer to speak directly with potential advertisers to answer any questions about our service and benefits. Please call for more information.
Do you allow 'For Sale By Owner' properties? - No. Since our mission is to support Real Estate Professionals, only properties that are represented by a Broker, Brokerage or REALTOR® are advertised in our magazine.
How many listings can I submit for my ad? - We allow a maximum of 15 photo listings for a full page, 7 photo listings for a half page and 3 photo listings for a quarter page. This limitation helps keep the magazine from getting cluttered and keeps it easy to read.
Can you use photographs from my website or the MLS? - Unfortunately not. The MLS system automatically resizes your photographs to small, web sized images which have low resolution & file size. These do not translate well into print and would not benefit either you or your seller. We appreciate getting the original digital photographs from your camera. Please let us know if you need more specific file information.
